First Time Home Buyers

"What is the process for buying a home?" "How much do you charge to buy a home?" These are typical questions I receive from First time Home Buyers.  When I hear that question, it is my duty as a Licensed Realtor to help them in any way I can. 

I first give them a laundry list of items they will need to provide to the mortgage company in order to start the process.  Pre-Qualification is VERY IMPORTANT in this Process.  I have Lenders that I work closely with and will help you obtain the BEST Mortgage Program available to you.  Here are some of the items you will need to provide...
