I first give them a laundry list of items they will need to provide to the mortgage company in order to start the process.  Pre-Qualification is VERY IMPORTANT in this Process.  I have Lenders that I work closely with and will help you obtain the BEST Mortgage Program available to you.  Here are some of the items you will need to provide...

• W-2s or 1099 Tax Forms
• Paystubs
• Bank Statements

And 2nd My Services are FREE to Buyers.  I am paid by the Seller so there is NO COST to use my Services.
