I feel the best way to find an agent is by referral or qualification. I have had many relocating clients call and interview me over the phone or have a list of prepared questions they want answered and send them via email. They would interview 3 agents and then pick the one that they feel they can work with. I always tell everyone that it is important to work with someone you feel comfortable with because you will be in a relationship for a few months while searching and going through the home buying process. I feel that some of the important questions are 'Are you patient?' 'Have you worked with relocation buyers before?' 'What systems to you have in place to help me through the buing process?' 'Do you have a solid website with home listings that I can…
