This area is great for families or single people alike. The area has much to offer. There are restaurants, movie theaters and retail stores close by. There are many parks, a public pool and community center within walking distance. Schools are within walking distance as well. We are also close to major road ways to help with getting around town fast. The area is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The views of the city and mountains are simply awesome. We wouldn't sell this house if we didn't need more space. With a growing family it will be a shame to leave the area.

Extras include:

  •  Recent Updated Kitchen

  •  Open Floor Plan
