What does 'Additional Information' on listing displays mean?

Some basic information that may help you in your quest for more information on a home listing.

If you notice the information located in the 'Additional Information' section of a MLS Listing Display. This information will be available for all listings and is typically located at the bottom right hand side of the display.

|
The 'Additional Information' will also let you know if the home is a Short Sale or Bank Owned Home. This can be useful if you are or are not interested in short sale's or foreclosures. If it does not specifically have RE/Bank Owned or Short Sale then it is just a regular sale.

Again I was driving by the Presbyterian development in Rio Rancho and surprised at the progess they have made. Starting to look like a building. I took a quick video for anyone who does not get out that way to often. This hospital will create many jobs and help the economy both in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.

I was passing by the construction site in Rio Rancho off Unser, South of Southern and notice they are making some progress with the proposed Presbyterian Hospital.

Rio Rancho TIDD Approved - For New Strip Mall

Village at Rio Rancho Tax Increment Development District
The City Council approved on December 16, 2009 a TIDD that will allow one developer to recoup the cost of the infastructure through gross receipts tax generated by the development. The project will cost approximately 11 million dollars to complete.
The developmet will be near the new Presbyterian Medical Center near Unser Boulevard and Black Arroyo in the southern part of the city.
The new prjoect slated to begin construction July 1st with construction of the buildings to start the first part of 2011 will consist of “a lifestyle retail project consisting of about 300,000 to 400,000 square feet, similar to the project in Albuquerque known as ABQ Uptown; the project will also feature a…
