I feel the best way to find an agent is by referral or qualification. I have had many relocating clients call and interview me over the phone or have a list of prepared questions they want answered and send them via email. They would interview 3 agents and then pick the one that they feel they can work with. I always tell everyone that it is important to work with someone you feel comfortable with because you will be in a relationship for a few months while searching and going through the home buying process.
