I can’t say enough about living in this home and the Northern Meadows subdivision. We bought this home once we retired from the Military and relocated to NM after accepting a new civilian position and are now being transferred to Oregon.

This is the perfect house to raise kids as well as entertain. We have upgraded it with high end appliances, energy saving items as well as a complete kid and adult friendly “extra Large/low maintenance backyard” for fun and entertainment. My Husband and I lived in several different new homes, on the Eastside of Albuquerque, NM. We decided to make a change to the Westside and purchased this brand new home in a new neighborhood. We loved the style of Opel Jenkins built homes, with raised and vaulted ceilings, a large amount of wood trim, a combo of gas log and/or wood burning fireplace, and 100% real all brick house. Also, even though this is single level home it sits up high for privacy. Our home was pre-wired for alarm system and sensor detection (but we never felt the need to activate it). At the time of the move, we added a concrete side walk from the front of our home to the back, and at the same time enlarged the back patio. The neighbors always made us feel welcome.They look out for each other and make this neighborhood extremely safe.The park on Claudine has an awesome basketball area. The Jeanne Bellamah Community Center at the park, has an after school program, adult programs, computer lab, fitness center/Gym and a game room. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is so close to Juan Tabo and easy access to I40.

This beautiful house has been totally renovated.
