Highlights (the highlights are a comparison between October 2017 and October 2018)

• The median detached home price rose less than .01 percent to $199,000
• The average detached home price decresased 2.1 percent to $231,462
• Overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased 15.8 percent to 3,140
• The number of closed sales for detached homes increased 3.6 percent to 1,017
• The number of detached homes going under contract rose 15.6 percent to 1,094
