Recently MDS Funding, a recently formed investment group purchased 2,800 acres out of the 12,900 acre master planned community Mesa Del Sol.  Now Westway Homes which had also purchase 3 acres to build a dozen homes upped the ante and purchased an additional 35 acres to build up to 135 homes ranging from the $200s up to $400s. These ultra modern homes will be 2,200 to 3,000 square feet and the AlbuqUrban floor plans will range 1,600-2,000 square feet.
