Living at 2101 Madeira has been full of wonderful memories. The home has abundant storage, security, and privacy. I have enjoyed many worry free days grilling outside and my children playing outside in the garden. The location is ideally located by several parks. The closest park is Alvarado Park which has a wonderful play set, people walking, people playing soccer or volleyball, picnics, and a Farmer’s Market each Sunday during the summer months. A little further East is Tom Bolack Urban Forest which has a dog park and bike trail up to Jerry Cline Park. This convenient location is centrally located between Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Sprouts. Not to mention it is next to Starbucks Coffee!
A great way to get to know everyone is through the neighborhood association. Participation is voluntary.
