Our home has an open setup with a spacious size guest bedroom and full bathroom down stairs. The bakers kitchen is open, with plenty of counter space and cabinets.  The walk-in pantry is large, with 5 levels of shelving and plenty of space for appliances and dry food.  The appliances are new; the microwave doubles as a second oven and streamer.  There is plenty of room for a dinner table.  The kitchen opens to the living room, which has a warm gas fireplace, and adjacent is the sitting room, great for parties, reading, and/or entertaining.

Upstairs, the master bedroom connects to a large bathroom and walk-in closet.  The bathroom has both a garden tube and shower.  The master bedroom has plenty of room; we have setup a sitting area and still have plenty of room for the little ones to play.  Upstairs is a wide hallway that opens to the master bedroom, two other smaller bedrooms, and the laundry room.  The two bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space.  The medium size laundry room is convenitely located behind the bathroom, easily accessible from all rooms.  Up the stairs to the left is a bedroom/office that opens up to a big balcony that faces Los Lunas hill.

The garage is a large 2.5 cars.  The walls and garage door are insulated.  The garage has a built-in work area, great for storage and/or privacy.  The lot next door is available to further expand the property.
