Hear What The Sellers Have to Say About 1409 Adams Street...

We moved to this house when we were graduate students at UNM. The location is great. We could ride our bikes to the UNM campuses and to the hospitals we were employed at. The house is very near all of the major bike paths. We even ride our bikes to the Balloon Fiesta every year! This home is near Whole Foods, Smiths, Sprouts Market, Coronado Mall, the Uptown Shopping Center, and the new IMax Movie theater. It is so convenient to be near the I-40/I-25 interchange as well. Our neighbors are all professionals and are friendly, and care about our neighborhood. Adams St. is quiet, and is up on a hill, so our sunset views are incredible. We love to sit on our covered patio and watch the sunset every evening all year round. The yards (both front and back) are all on an automatic drip system, and I was also able to grow an amazing vegetable garden in our raised beds with no hassle. It was so easy! There are also fruit bearing trees; apricots, apples and a grape vine full of delicious fruit. We loved to host dinner gatherings in our beautiful home. The home has a great spirit, and I'm sure another family will love it as much as we did.
