Over the last week the real estate market has continued to move forward with showings, listings and closings. All ancillary companies such as title, mortgage, government and Realtors have all adopted some form of virtual system.

Our team has always had and will use now more than ever 3D Tours to show homes to buyers. For those that want to see homes in person we take every precaution including safe distance, hand sanitizer and clorox wipes. Open houses will be reduced and shown virtually. We use eSignature systems to sign documents and screen share apps to review documents with clients. We will not miss a step when it comes to helping our clients. We are tech enabled agents ready and willing to help you.

NEW MEXICO GAS COMPANY - Do not have to pay until April 6th if you cannot afford it. Do not visit their walk-in offices.

PNM - Suspending all disconnections and late fees. Will not report you to collections. If you can pay, use the self-service options.

WATER UTILITY AUTHORITY - Will not disconnect service if you don't pay your bill on time. In-person payment locations will stay open. Only visit in-person if you have to.
