The current average sale price for a detached single family home is $200,250, up 4.30% this time last year. Marketing time for this home type is 42 days, up 12.5% from last year which was 48 days on the market.

Townhome and condo listings are down 2.81% and sales totaled 294 units, up 16.67% from 3rd quarter 2016. The average sale price of a townhome and condo increased 2.15% to $151,302. Marketing time for this home type is 43 days.
