What attracted us to this beautiful house and this neighborhood was that it is in a good school district, close to shopping, movie theater, the neighborhood is quiet and somewhat secluded. I love that our neighbors help each other and watch out for each others houses and for strange people in the neighborhood.
The front yard is just about no maintenance more for looks. The backyard has a nice patio and shaded area allowing for entertaining and relaxing in the morning with coffee and in the evening with family. I enjoy maintaining our small garden in the summers and sitting around a fire in the winters.
I love the fact that our house has so much natural light, wood beams, large windows and tall doorways. The open kitchen and living room are so nice I don't feel alone when cooking I always feel like part of the action of the family and can ask for help with out yelling. The granite countertops make it nice a wonderful cooking experience. Best of all NO HOA's
