We found this location to be perfect for our family. There are 3 schools all located within walking distance; Stapleton Elementary, Eagle Ridge middle school and
Rio Rancho High school. In addition, to schools, the library, ball park, aquatic center, and Blades are all within 2 miles. This is very private and friendly gated community with 44 homes. The backyard is fully landscaped and has an unobstructed views of Sandia Mountains.
