- Sign a Listing Agreement

- Secure all details regarding the property
- List in 'Coming Soon' status - This is a pre-MLS listing status that allows agents to share with their clients.
- Put up a sign and lockbox
- Create a 'Coming Soon' social media ad
- Once Active initiate the below and send out to all agents using reverse prospecting.
- FINALLY Track all marketing streams!
- Check your Home Equity Here
