The current absorption (marketing time) to sell a home now is 2.84 months. Home inventory is rising and interest rates have not fallen as expected, yet I was able to put this home on the market and get it sold! - Secure all details regarding the property
- List in 'Coming Soon' status - This is a pre-MLS listing status that allows agents to share with their clients.
