The NMWelcomeHome Team Real Estate Blog

Hello Everyone!

I hope all are doing well during this time. We heard the Governor's announcement regarding additional shutdowns yesterday and a list of 'Essential Services' that are allowed to remain open. Real Estate is on the list which allows us to legally continue working for our clients. This is critical to maintaining the housing market so that when we move past this there will be less impact on the real estate economy.

If you are needing our services we are available to help and will use our protocol to help show and list homes for sale. (505) 886-1432

Over the last week the real estate market has continued to move forward with showings, listings and closings. All ancillary companies such as title, mortgage, government and Realtors have all adopted some form of virtual system.

We are tech enabled agents ready and willing to help you.

As real estate professionals our job is to
