I love the convenience of my neighborhood location the amenities near by! I am within 5 minutes of Coronado Mall, Uptown shopping center, every major restaurant, and the peacefulness of the Sandia foothills. The schools are all well rated and close by (walking distance). It is a very family oriented block with several families having children and pets meaning they are conscious of all activity on the street and happily look after eachother. The neighbors on both sides of my home have been in their homes for several years and are very kind. A block style 4th of July fireworks happen every year! I have been thrilled with the open layout of my home. I enjoy entertaining and…
