Xeriscaping vs. Zero-scapingMany people confuse xeriscaping with "zero-scaping." While both of these landscapes use less water than the traditional, turf-dominated approach, they are totally different in appearance and appeal.
Xeriscaping is lush and beautiful. Zero-scaping tends to be hot and less interesting.
Xeriscaping uses a wide variety of water-efficient plants to creat an oasis-like feeling. Zero-scaping uses lots of rocks and usually a juniper or yucca.
Xeriscaping makes an area colorful and inviting. For New Mexico, it's a water-smart and attractive way to landscape.

Over the past few years if you needed any information regarding tax records in Sandoval County, which includes Rio Rancho and Bernalillo, you had to call in during business hours.  Also for us Realtors who needed a tax estimate to provide to our buyers we had to fax in and wait to receive a response and fax back.  This may not be available on the site yet but I'm sure it is schedule to launch soon.  Why wouldn't it be, right?

This will make our life much easier when accessing this information. No more waiting on hold and having to call back multiple times to the county. YEAH!

I took a quick video for anyone who does not get out that way to often.  This hospital will create many jobs and help the economy both in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.

Many people are uncomfortable walking into a big room full of people they don’t know. That’s why business and social networking events tend to be viewed as little more than a necessary evil.

Unfortunately, networking events can be vital to the development of personal and professional goals.
Learn the art of stress-free mingling with these tips:

Stand and Smile: Not only does standing up and smiling when first meeting someone put the other person at ease, but it establishes an egalitarian position right from the start.

Practice: It might sound counterintuitive to practice a spontaneous introduction - but it actually works. Avoid an unpleasant pause and social uneasiness by using a simple but effective introduction such as “I’d like to introduce …,” then…

By now most have heard what a short sale* is, know that it can sell for less than what is owed and possibly less than market value.  So how does this effect your home value?

Well it doesn’t…unless it becomes a large part of the market sales in your area. Only then will it have to be considered in determining market value for your home.  For example if there was maybe one or two short sale homes out of 10 sold in the last month, then the market valuation would not consider these sale types as good comparable** properties to your home.  If 4 or 5 homes that sold in the last month were short sales that would represent a large share of the market and would weigh in on determining market value for your home.

I don’t know the formula, stats or information…
