Pulte Homes Loma Colorado Updates

Exciting things are happening at Loma Colorado this Fall.  We have the heavy equipment moving and are almost ready to open nearly a 100 new lots!  The first group of lots will be ready for sale in October with more lots coming on line in November for both the El Bosque and El Prado Series.

We have also started to clear space for a new model that will be ready to view in December.   This exciting main floor master two story will be just over 2700 SF and we anticipate pricing to be in the mid $200’s.  Along with the new model we will be featuring a new product line for lots that are 50’ wide and should have new floor plans available for viewing in late October.
